Budding Enviromentalists!
The Fifth Classes getting an closer look at how our waste is managed through the work of Joe Hunter and his EPA colleagues. The children are all now budding environmentalist and looking forward to sharing their knowledge with the whole school community. Joe is also excited to be working with our Green Team this year under the guidance of Mrs. O'Shea to keep up the great work of all our environmentalists in Star of the Sea!

A flying start in First Class!
Our first half term in First Class was bursting with adventure and fun! We went on a big 2D shape hunt in the school garden and even spotted a friendly little ladybird along the way. In art, we made spooky leaf monsters from the leaves we gathered from outside. Our amazing Sixth Class popped in to help us write amazing reports about our favourite wild animals. Settling into 3rd Class!
We’ve had a busy and exciting start to life in 3rd Class! It’s been a big change moving upstairs and getting used to more serious work, but we’re really enjoying the challenge.
