September in 4th Class

4th class have had a very creative start to their year! We celebrated International Dot Day on the 15th of September by reading the story 'The Dot' by Peter H Reynold's. We then completed art work whereby everyone used a dot as the basis for their picture. The results were fantastic! We also celebrated Roald Dahl day with a fantastic Maths Trail in the halla inspired by some of his famous books. We also completed some autumn art using our favourite autumnal colours and discussed the use of cold and warm colours also.
