Now that Spring has arrived and we are all trying to be more sustainable in our approach to food, 1st class enjoyed setting both onion sets and lettuce seeds. Each student got the opportunity to work with compost and fill their own containers before setting their seeds. We are watering them and monitoring their progress on a daily basis. Green shoots are looking good so far!
