Every week in September, 2nd Class have been enjoying Wellbeing Wednesdays where they practise a relaxing guided meditation. 🧘🏻♀️🧘🏼♂️🧘🏾 Meditation helps us to unplug and reset in the middle of our busy school week and to become more self-aware and mindful. 🩵 We remind ourselves every Wednesday that we can pause our worries and that thinking about right now is enough! ☺️☺️
