We had fun outdoors in our school garden recently when we all became nature detectives. We used our magnifying glasses to search for signs of Spring. Can you guess what we found?
We also got creative with lots of different materials to build houses for the Three Little Pigs. We used things like newspaper, sticks and blocks of all shapes and sizes. We didn’t have a big bad wolf so we used a hairdryer instead to see which material was the strongest. It was great fun.
During maths time we were learning about symmetry. We had lots of hands on fun using our Taking Shape blocks to create symmetrical designs. We kept our eyes peeled for symmetry in nature too!
